Abstract

The review defines congenital diarrhea with hyperimmunoglobulinemia E and absence of Langerhans Islands, (X‑linked syndrome) describes its prevalence, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. The prognosis of this triad is unfavorable.
