Abstract

The article presents the main measures for the prevention and prognosis of anaphylactic shock. modern standards of care for anaphylactic shock on an outpatient basis before the arrival of an emergency doctor or intensive care was given. The inappropriateness of allergological testing with drugs in connection with the possibility of an unpredictable anaphylactoid reaction was noted. Conducted absolute and relative indications for parenteral administration of drugs.
