Abstract
Preinfusion with saline solution (10-14 ml / kg) has a more pronounced effect on hemodynamic security in the form of a decrease in its volumetric indicators, while hecotone (3-5 ml / kg) provides more reliable stability of central hemodynamics . Intravenous infusion of crystalloid or colloid does not prevent the development of arterial hypotension with spinal anesthesia in the first 10-15 minutes.
