Abstract
This literature review presents eosinophilic gastritis among gastrointestinal disorders (EGIN). Pathogenetic features that distinguish EG from other EGIN and diagnostic criteria were considered. A new potential treatment method, biologic treatment with preparations of antibodies to TNF and iL‑ 5, was presented.
