Abstract
The analysis of modern methods of detection of Giardiasis is presented. The main clinical criteria for referring children to giardiasis studies are indicated. The main diagnostic errors leading to false negative results are analyzed. Considered techniques that increase the likelihood of timely diagnosis, molecular-immunological alternatives to traditional parasitological methods.
