This work presents the results of a systematic study of the possibility of using modified hydrogels as the basis for creating wound healing formulations in the treatment of hyperglycemic purulent wounds using 158 white outbred rats as examples for the production of 0.5% hydrogels of the synthetic rare cross linked acrylic polymer Carbopol ETD2020 from Noveon (USA).
